Clients retain ownership of their original designs and brand intellectual property. ZORWILD will not claim ownership of client-submitted designs, logos, or proprietary information. However, by submitting materials, clients grant ZORWILD a limited, non-exclusive license to use such information solely for the purpose of manufacturing the requested products. ZORWILD commits to maintaining confidentiality of client designs and will not reproduce client products for third parties without written authorization. Clients are responsible for ensuring their designs do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

User-Generated Content
