From Cutting Rooms to Global Brands

I was born in Humen, Dongguan, into a family that lived and breathed garment manufacturing. My father worked as a cutting master, and from an early age he taught me that precision, quality, responsibility, and professionalism were not negotiable. At 16, I officially entered the clothing industry. I learned every stage—cutting rooms, sewing workshops, ironing stations, finishing lines, quality control. Those years on the factory floor gave me something no classroom ever could: a deep understanding of what it takes to build garments that last and brands that grow.

In 1998, my family and I established a small garment workshop in Humen. We started with sewing and processing services for local factories. It was modest, but we quickly earned a reputation for stable quality and responsible service. That early success taught me something critical: brands don’t just need someone who can sew. They need a partner who understands their vision, their constraints, and their growth. By 2005, we had transformed into a one-stop OEM manufacturer capable of design development, fabric sourcing, sampling, production, quality control, and export logistics.

I believe the apparel manufacturing industry gets one thing fundamentally wrong: too many factories treat production as a transaction. At ZORWILD, we operate differently. A truly professional manufacturer should become the backbone behind a fashion brand’s growth. That means stable quality, honest communication, flexible MOQ systems starting at 50 pieces, advanced craftsmanship covering 95%+ of modern decoration techniques, and the kind of reliability that lets our clients focus on building their brands instead of worrying about their supply chain. I want every client—whether they’re ordering 50 pieces or 50,000—to feel supported, understood, and confident.

Today, after more than 27 years, we continue building. We’ve served over 2,000 fashion brands worldwide, and we remain committed to becoming the strongest manufacturing partner behind global fashion brands at every stage—from startups testing their first collection to established labels scaling internationally.
